Through ADP’s Dealer Office Xpress (DOX) we’ve gained access to the DealerCAP program – a comprehensive document management system.
Team VADA is pleased to announce that we have completed our detailed and thorough review of DealerCAP documents and the new VADA endorsed forms are available!
Here are some important benefits for you, our dealer members:

All the forms have been reviewed and updated by the VADA for compliance with the laws applicable to dealers today.

Buyers Orders have been updated to provide the latest in protections available for dealers.

The Arbitration and Mediation Buyers Orders include important revisions to the arbitration and mediation provisions to keep pace with current law.

An adverse action notice has been developed for use by VADA dealer members.
These new endorsed documents are now available from DOX to VADA member dealers. Below is a listing of reviewed and endorsed documents which we believe every dealer should be using.
We would encourage all dealers to begin using these new DealerCAP forms as these forms have been reviewed and endorsed by VADA.
