The question has been raised about the electronic titling fee on the Buyers Order. You must charge the consumer the exact amount that you are charged by your provider (such as Computerized Vehicle Registration [CVR], a VADA Partner).
For example, if CVR charges $10 you must charge the consumer $10. If your provider charges $7 you must charge the consumer $7.
Please be aware that if your provider charges $7 and, you charge the consumer $10 and keep the $3 difference you may be subject to legal action by customers who were overcharged. We suggest you review your administration of this fee to ensure you are charging your customers correctly and refund to your customers any amounts that were collected from them in excess of the appropriate fee.
